Key Responsibilities:

  •         Identify and research potential clients or markets.

  •         Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and new business opportunities.

  •         Make cold calls, attend trade shows, and use various sales channels to acquire new customers.

  •         Present the company's products or services to potential clients.

  •         Demonstrate the features and benefits of the offerings.

  •         Address client inquiries and objections effectively.

  •         Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  •         Provide excellent customer service and support.

  •         Understand the needs of clients and recommend appropriate products or services.

  •         Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.

  •         Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.

  •         Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  •         Use market research to identify opportunities and threats.

  •         Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and other relevant documentation. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.


  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically preferred but not always required.

  • Previous sales experience, especially in a B2B (business-to-business) context, is often necessary.

  • A good understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to communicate their value to customers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective sales presentations and client interactions.

  • The ability to negotiate and close deals with clients is crucial.

  •  A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.

  • Sales Representatives should be self-driven and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant tools.

  • Familiarity with the specific industry or market the trading company operates in is a plus.
